On July 23rd, Polygon DAO and Devfolio hosted the very first Wagmi JobDrops. Through WAGMI JobDrops, BUIDLers within the Web3 ecosystem can get direct interviews with leading web3 organizations. So, how’d JobDrops go?

Village Wonders
Polygon DAO launched Village Wonders, a first-of-its-kind initiative that will provide dedicated expansion strategy, mentorship, and funding opportunities to Web3 projects building on Polygon.
During this three-month cohort, 12 selected projects across DeFi, DAO/tooling, NFT/gaming, metaverse, infrastructure, sustainability, and public utility will receive:
Mentorship & office hours with Polygon core teams and industry experts;
$40,000 investment in return for 1.5% of equity or tokens;
Demo Day with top VCs, Polygon Ventures, and other investors;
Up to $70,000 in vouchers from Tier-1 partners for development, audit, marketing, etc.;
Recognition, ecosystem connections, marketing, and community building support.
The first cohort of the Village Wonders starts on Sept. 1, with a demo day scheduled for the first week of December. The deadline for submission is Aug. 12. Apply below to be among the 12 selected projects.
Bounty Contest Rewards
Last month, Polygon DAO launched the “Vote For Bounty Contest. This past week, the DAO announced rewards that winners will receive - from financial rewards to vouchers, including audit and marketing.
The deadline to submit applications is August 5th. Don’t miss out!
Bankless DAO Joins the Village
Last week, we welcomes Bankless DAO into the Polygon Village. Their Legal Guild will offer Village projects guidance through consultation and legal drafting.
Village Talk Sessions
Every week, we host “Village Talk” sessions on Twitter, where we speak to different web3 experts and project BUIDLers. It’s a great way for Village partners and projects to get more exposure to the Polygon community, as well as for individuals to get some great knowledge and potentially some great alpha.

Last Wednesday, we held an expert talks session with QuillAudits, covering the topic of “smart contract auditing.” Following this conversation, two teams took the stage and presented their projects to the Polygon community - StationX & Token Soft.
We also held an AMA session with some of our WAGMI JobDrops partners, with a panel of speakers including team members from Quickswap DEX, Chainlink, Edverse, & Colexion.
